• We place kittens only in suitable, loving homes. We may decline a reservation at our discretion if we feel a home is not a good match for the kitten’s welfare.

• Kittens will not leave before they are an appropriate age and readiness to go to new homes, typically not before12 weeks and after any agreed veterinary checks.

• Reservation fee: A non‑refundable reservation fee of £330 secures your chosen kitten and removes it the reservation fee is deducted from the final price.

• If you change your mind, fail to complete the purchase, or do not collect on the agreed date without prior arrangement, the reservation fee is forfeited. If we cancel the sale for any reason on our side, the reservation fee will be refunded in full.

• The total price of the kitten is £1650. Once the kitten is reserved, the Kitten Contract will be issued, and the remaining payment will be due on collection. Accepted payment methods: [e.g., bank transfer, card, cash] (no cheques).

• Kittens will be [vaccinated/microchipped/flea- and worm‑treated] as stated in the Kitten Contract. A brief health record will be provided on collection. We recommend arranging pet insurance from the day of collection.

• Collection is by prior appointment at our premises on the agreed date. If you are unable to attend, contact us at least [48] hours in advance to rearrange. Repeated postponements may void the reservation and forfeit the fee.

• Buyers must review and sign the Kitten Contract before or at collection. This sets out care obligations, neutering/spaying expectations (if applicable), and any breeding or rehoming restrictions.

• If, before collection, we have concerns about the kitten’s welfare or your circumstances change in a way that is not suitable for the kitten, we may cancel the reservation and refund your reservation fee.

• We’ll provide reasonable updates (photos/videos) until collection. Limited visits may be possible by appointment for biosecurity and welfare reasons.

• By reserving a kitten, you consent to us contacting you about your reservation and to retain your details in line with our Privacy Policy.

• By ticking “I accept the Reservation Policy and Kitten Contract terms” and submitting your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these conditions.

I accept the Reservation Policy and agree that once a kitten is reserved, the Kitten Contract will be issued and the remaining payment will be due on collection.
